Modified 2012 BMW Alpine White E92 M3

This 2012 BMW M3 is one of the nicer builds I’ve come across and comes complete with a lot of small custom touches and very high-end parts.

The latter option adds a sportier suspension, a reprogrammed stability control and nicer looking mesh wheels that improves the performance of an already world class sports car.

2012e92m3customwhite4b 2012e92m3customwhite1dThis M3 is currently sitting on one of my favorite wheels, the timeless BBS LM in a 19″ staggered setup. The Diamond Black (DBK) face fits in with the color scheme of this build and although the wheels are extremely expensive at $6k with tires – I can’t think of any car that LMs look bad on.

If you look closely at the surrounding shrouds you’ll notice the normally plastic parts have been replaced with Technocraft carbon fiber pieces.

2012e92m3customwhite4c 2012e92m3customwhite4e 2012e92m3customwhite4dThe exhaust sound has been improved with an Akrapovic X-pipe and Eisenmann race exhaust which are well regarded for their lightweight exhausts and quality products.The larger rear exhaust tips match the rear better than the stock quad tips.

2012e92m3customwhite1f 2012e92m3customwhite1bThe rear looks really aggressive and has a Varis CF rear diffuser with Vorsteiner carbon trunk that is styled to have an integrated CSL spoiler with the leading edge of the trunk left an exposed CF.

2012 Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG Brabus

This really cool looking but extremely expensive 2012 Mercedes-Benz ML63 has been outfitted with the full Brabus kit and the custom color design really sets this build above from a lot of other trucks.

brabusml63steel1a brabusml63steel1bI think the price is a little out-of-line with where the market currently is especially with the seller not going into detail about which Brabus modifications are currently installed or which options this truck comes with, but I still like the look of it and wanted to feature it on my site.

brabusml63steel3ebrabusml63steel3aThe front bumper is the most noticeable addition and the owner chose to paint the angular styled air ducts a lighter gray/blue which compliments the rest of the Steel Grey exterior. I like the newly styled Mercedes-Benz headlights which are a combination of LED and HIDs and are very noticeable on the street – Audi was the first manufacturer to incorporate the LED strips and it seems that most high end cars now have this unique look.

brabusml63steel2a brabusml63steel2b brabusml63steel3dThe 2012 is an extremely fast SUV and with the optional performance package makes 550hp and 560 lb-ft of torque. Its 5.5L twin-turbo V8 that could go 0-60 in 4.3 seconds. Its on par with a Cayenne turbo and is faster than a lot of high-end sports sedans which is is surprising given the 5k+ curb weight.

brabusml63steel3b brabusml63steel3g brabusml63steel3fWhile the ML63 is more at home on the street than off-road – it still has all-wheel drive and is more capable of a truck than most urbanites need. This one has 22″ or 24″ Vossen wheels which might hinder its off-road prowess but looks mean on the streets with its concave face and the thin spokes show off the huge brake kit.

brabusml63steel1f brabusml63steel1g brabusml63steel1eThe seller is asking $145k which is a huge difference between a comparable stock example of the same vintage. Its a cool looking truck and I love the color combinations chosen but its just too expensive for what it is.

Cool looking Minerva Blue Metallic Porsche 996 Turbo

This 2002 Porsche 911 Turbo has been specially ordered Minerva Blue Metallic and the previous owners have spent quite a bit on aftermarket parts to make this turbo a capable street/track car.

minerva996turboruf1a minerva996turboruf4dThe exterior of the car has been refreshed with a RUF RTurbo front bumper which is one of my favorite bumper replacements for the 996. Its a simple design that mimics the stock look but increases the size of the air dam and adds a GT2 air scoop before the hood.

minerva996turboruf3b minerva996turboruf1bOther exterior mods are the RUF side mirrors and the really nice Techart carbon fiber wing. The wing has been painted but the leading edge has been left exposed CF which is a nice touch.

minerva996turboruf3e minerva996turboruf3cThe wheels look like a RUF design but are actually produced by Champion Motorsports and are fully forged so they are lightweight and strong. They have a concave shape in the 12″ wide rear wheels and the seller is also offering to swap out the 19″ Championship Motorsport wheels for a set of new RUF 5 spokes at no charge – a deal I would take just so the theme of the car is kept intact.

minerva996turboruf1c minerva996turboruf3dGT3 brakes have been swapped in and are the steel versions which are a lot less expensive and more durable than the expensive and blinged out carbon ceramics. The 6 piston fronts use a Girodisc 350mm rotor and higher temperature Pagid racing pads are up for any track session.

minerva996turboruf3aSuspension pieces have been throughly thought out and a very expensive set of Moton Clubsport coilovers have been installed. These are one of the top shocks available and the external reservoirs have been mounted underneath the engine shroud.

minerva996turboruf4bThe engine output has been improved and now makes 494hp and 580 lb-ft of torque with its upgraded turbos and 997 GT2 RS intercoolers.

minerva996turboruf2b minerva996turboruf2aThe interior is grey leather and unfortunately the console pieces have been specially ordered with a light wood grain. This $8k option looks out of place given the styling of the exterior and a painted or carbon fiber surface would have matched up better with this car.

minerva996turboruf1d I like the overall look of this vehicle, its a nice combination of subtle and agressive looks and the rare paint to sample color is very unique. This Turbo currently has 34k miles on the odometer and has an asking price of $108k making it an extremely expensive 996. It does have very high quality modifications but I think it’ll take awhile to find a buyer if the vehicle is kept at this price point.
